Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.


To Be Eligible for a Return

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached

  • Must be returned in original shoe box and packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required


How to Start a Return

Email us at support@shopmfsoxford.com with your:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • (Optional) Photo of the item

Please do not send returns without contacting us first — unapproved returns will not be accepted.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the refund

These items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

To exchange an item, please follow the return steps above. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the correct item.
