Sometimes, tracking information can be incorrect, and an item can be marked as delivered early. It is a good idea to wait a few days and then check back in. However, when an order leave our store it is in the hands of the mail provider. For more information, contact the mail provider. 

All orders are shipped within 48 business hours of the purchase!

Shipping will be calculated by weight at checkout

Customer must return item within 7 days of the purchase. Customer will receive store credit in the amount of the purchase.

Products must be back IN THE STORE within 14 days of the order being placed. Customer will receive store credit in the amount of the purchase. We will not provide shipping costs for the return. Customer must have an account to start a return. 

We only do restocks on some items, so if you want to know about a restock for a specific item please contact us!
