My tracking information says that my order has delivered but it hasn't. Where is it?
Sometimes, tracking information can be incorrect, and an item can be marked as delivered early. It is a good idea to wait a few days and then check back in. However, when an order leave our store it is in the hands of the mail provider. For more information, contact the mail provider.
